This comprehensive intake is required for all new patients. During this appointment, we’ll review your current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, previous medication experiences, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs and preferences.
Because this session is intentionally thorough, it will typically be your longest appointment.
